Terms of Service
1) By joining our program you automatically agree these Terms of Service. Members that do not agree these terms should stop using our service and terminate their account immediately.2) We are not responsible for any losses and/or damages of any kind arising out of the relationship between you and our program
3) You are allowed to have one account per IP address or household. Do not try to create more than one account, as all of your accounts will be terminated and balances will be forfeited.
4) You have to provide a valid email address upon registering.
5) It has to be stressed that auto-click software is in any kind is prohibited. If we catch you using using this kind of software, your account will be terminated without notice.
6) Your upline cannot be changed.
7) We remain the right to terminate your account in cases like, but not limited to, spamming, cheating or general misuse of the system.
8) All purchased items are non-refundable. Charge back or reverse transactions made on your purchases will lead to immediate account termination.
9) We remain the right to modify your account information and/or balances due to evident errors in the system.
10) We encourage you to seek resolution of issues or concerns by contacting us.
An honest posting of your concerns in other Forums is welcome.
We will not accept, however, defamation, slander or libel of the site or its administrator. This means complaints that are unproven or without basis that seek to damage the reputation of the program or its owner. Any member who seeks to defame Classy Paid Adz or its owner in an open forum or chats will have their account REMOVED.
Defamation is against the law.
11) Non-Active Members will be suspended/deleted and will lose membership. If you did not click for more than 10 days, you are considered inactive.
12) Payment - Regardless of membership, we do not pay cheaters & we do not pay inactive members, you are considered inactive if you did not log in for more than 10 days. You must invest in the site at least once to be eligible for payment.
Payments at ClassyPaidAdz will depend on the site's sale. If sales are slow, payments will be slow. If site is selling good, we will pay you quickly. However, for all times, this PAYMENT TIMELINE must be realized.
MAXIMUM WAITING PERIOD:
1 week for CLASSY GRANDEURS
15 days for your FIRST REQUESTS
30 days for your NEXT REQUESTS
Note: You must at least upgrade ONCE! to be eligible for payment.
13) This agreement can change. Although we have the right to change this agreement without any prior notice to our members, we will send out a notice to all of our members the new terms and/or terms that have changed. If for any reason you do not accept the changes, you will need to contact us, and your account will be removed.
